Morning Headaches

I have been waking up with headaches a lot here lately. They usually go away on there own shortly. Is this just a normal pregnancy thing?

I'm 5 months post partum and I've been waking up with headaches a lot too.
I think for both of us, it has a lot to do with hormones changing such a great deal.
