Screw you IBS (TMI)

Ugh I haven't had an IBS flare up in over a month due to the mess I was given. Well I ran out a week ago I think it was. Tonight I was sleeping so well but woke up in excruciating pain in my lower tummy and now I'm stuck in the bathroom. I really forgot how bad this pain was! I just want it all to be over! I'm freezing and I feel horrible  

Wrap up in a towel while you go?
