make it at home then. Our grocery store sells ready to bake pizzas. We just go buy peppers and squash, zucchini, mushrooms and stuff and put it on the pizza ourselves.

So the ready to bake pizza's don't count? I forgot about those, that makes sense.

I think if you put fresh healthy ingredients on the pizza then it's okay. Not the best meal choice but definitely better.

I classify fast food as food that can be made and ready to eat in less then 5minutes. If you buy pizza its junk food. If you want pizza you can make it yourself and make it healthier

We do a whole grain crust, sauce, tons of veggies and light cheese. I would consider that semi healthy.

It takes thirty minutes to be ready so I'd say no.

Pizza can actually be a really really great meal. If you are doing something that you need a lot of energy to succeed (like sports) pizza can be an EXCELLENT choice of energy. Make a balanced pizza or order one that isnt laden with crap and it can be really good for you.
I was on the Jr US ski team and it was practically ritual for us to have pizza for breakfast on ski days, and if we were down by lunchtime we had pizza at the ski lodge. It can give you incredible energy. So no, I dont find it to be fast food. As long as you dont pile 3 lbs of cheese, a ton of greasy pepperonis, etc.... ;)
