I'm happy to hear that!   It'd be more for him and not me lol so I wanna make sure he'd enjoy actually going to school..

My daughter did and she had the best teachers ever. She learned so much in her short time there each day

DD's been in school since the week after she turned 3 and "graduated" out of the Birth to 3 program (she has some special needs though you'd NEVER know it if you met her).

She LOVES "big girl school" and can't wait to go all day like her big brother does (she does go 5 days a week (half days).

DS started Head Start the month after he turned 3. He loved it too and really helped him have other kids to interact with (I was a SAHM and the only other kids he was around were his cousins and that was only occasionally)

my daughter started before 3. I guess she was 2.8 yrs. She'll go for 3 years though now. it was great!

Ryan will be 3 in March and I just enrolled him in a Montessori Pre-k to start this Fall so he will be about 3.5

I think it depends on the kid b/c some children just aren't ready at 3 and 4 is a better age for them. Some kids do really well at 3. I know people with kids that done great at 3 and others that had to wait until they were 4.
