Why do you want to have full custody?

There's a lot if people who smoke pot and are great parents. You're going to have to have prove of something deeper than that to get full custody.

I had drug charges pending when we were in court, my ex had been convicted of carrying fire arms, and he still wasn't unfit to the courts.

I think you can get an order where he's not allowed to take her out of the country without your consent.

I didn't say I don't want her to see him. I just want to be able tomkeepmher in this country. Because he wants to leave, I want to stay and I know the best for my child is also to stay. He can see her whenever he wants.

That's why I put the disclaimer that I don't think people who smoke pot are unfit parents. I was just wondering if the fact that someone does would have an impact on who gets custody of the child.
