Yup I got married in TN and got divorced in FL

Married in New Mexico divorced in Arizona.

as long as you have met the residency requirements for the state you wish to divorce in.
Most states it is 6 months.

Question is if I'm ok with him taking the child OUT of USA.

I am so lost. He is basically forcing me to move outside with him. I want to stay and I want my daughter to stay as well.

No court will let you move overseas. Go file tomorrow for tempoary custody until you file for divoce. Do it in FL asap because without a temp custody he can take your daughter at any time.

Yes, you do not have a child custody order filed and you are legally married. Equal rights to the child.
