If he likes Japanese names, what about Kaori? I think it's a beautiful name and know a little girl with it and it's not odd at all that she's not Japanese.

When I tell people her name they say "Oh! that's a beautiful name"
"That's different I like it"
"awhh how pretty!" ect. Yeah, people pronounce it wrong but idgaf. When I tell people how to actually spell it they never have anything bad to say.
