I only get a few days in before I stop, it is definitely a beast of a workout. I'm doing 39 day shred to work my way into it.

That being said yes it gives great results if you do it!

Then have you tried the 30 day shred? I always get a flat tummy from it. It is just tough because of how repetitive it becomes.

I tried it for 3 days and quit. It was way too hard for me I felt like I was dying afterwards. I couldn't finish a whole workout (which is fine) but when I stopped I felt awful I was exhausted. I didn't get that "exercise high" at all.

TurboFire is more my thing. It's still hard and a challenging workout but I get the "exercise high" from it lol and I feel great afterwards even though I'm tired from the workout I get energy by the time I'm finished with the 10 min stretch at the end.

Have you seen any results? How long have you been doing the turbo ( I have no idea what that is).

I made it 11 days into it, with about 4 rest days instead of the 2 that are given. Most of the workouts are about 40 mins long, but the recovery one is only 25 and so is the fit test. I stopped for a long time, and I started back up again today. Its def a serious workout. It works. I lost 8lbs but of course during the holidays and not eating right OR working out I gained them back.

I've had it for a few years. I've done it several times (not all the way through apparently I have commitment and laziness issues lol) the longest I've done it was almost 2 months straight and I did lose weight and I felt great! I lost about 5lbs but I only had about 10 to lose and mostly trying to tone up.

I love it. Even though I've not completed it, it was mostly due to not having the time to workout and/or just being to tired to do it at midnight (when I've actually got time to workout) but TurboFire actually has some workouts that are as short as 15mins but still VERY intense and burn a ton of calories.

You can try out 30 day shred on YouTube. Just search for level 1 first, move to level two when you are ready, and then level 3.
