watery discharge

Got up this morning and went to get something to drink. i felt wet. like AF showed up. so i went to check. I was just clear really watery dischrage. what could that be. never had that happen
btw. Its saying one of my post was sent to drama corner or delete. I cant find out which one all the ones ive posted are where they should be and all are still there.
