Recipes that use eggs

My fiance is a butt and bought a carton of 18 eggs when I told him to buy a carton of 6 because it was "more economical"-_-. We don't use a lot of eggs normally which is why he was told to get 6... Now I have almost a dozen eggs that are close to going bad and can't think of ways to use them up  . The thing is I don't like anything that you can taste egg in (its a really long story why.) So omelets, fried/scrambled eggs, most quiches are out. I need ideas on how to use them. I am what everyone who has had my cooking have said a pretty decent cook so the recipes don't need to be easy either. Thank you in advance! 

When I have extra eggs, I make egg salad sandwiches.

Bake some bread?

Make some cookies or banana bread or something like that.

What about baking? Just make lots of cakes, or have pancakes every morning till they are used up

Make brownies, cakes, cookies, etc.

cakes, cookies, french toast ( I never taste the eggs because I put on so much powder sugar and syrup), meatloaf... I think that is about it for me that doesn't involve hard boiled, scrambled, etc kind of eggs.

Lots of baking, french toast, there are LOADS of recipes that use eggs.

Yum! And you can't taste the egg at all.

You could look at some baking recipes too. Almost anything that has to be baked 1 takes eggs and 2 the eggs are undetectable

You could try baking things like cakes or rolls
Why not try making meringues? that uses up the egg whites then use the yolks as a glaze for the rolls when you put them in the oven  

Another really good one is to make chicken kiev... stuff chicken fillets with garlic butter, cover the fillet with beaten egg and then cover in breadcrumbs (the egg makes the crumbs stick) They are sooo tasty and the breadcrumbs go real crispy  

Already started the baking ladies! My co-workers are going to love me lol! and I never thought about making fried chicken completely forgot that used eggs! Lets just hope this time goes better then last, I burned my self pretty good with hot oil. Bread and Rolls would work too.

Have any of you made souffles before? I know those take a lot of eggs and I have always wanted to try making one but have been nervous too.
