Confused

I'm just wondering what you think this sounds like?
Basically, I've had this friend who I regularly text over the last two years. Well recently we've started 'sexting' (or whatever you wanna call it) since I've been single. We also talk about all sorts of things and I talk to him about really personal stuff and vise versa. Well, he wants to meet up with me and I don't know if it's as a friend or what. And I don't wanna ask him and make it awkward, lol. But I do have a huge crush on him. He keeps saying things like he wants to cuddle me and kiss me, but then he says 'you're such a special friend' what the hell is that?! Lol.

I dont think asking him what a special friend means to him is to weird or too serious question..
But do you want a boyfriend right now?

this is how my boyfriend and i started off basically... we met at work, starting chatting on facebook, then came the txting or "sexting",, which lead to 3 hour convos on the phone everynight...,that lead to hangout out, making out and sleepovers lol we played this "game" for a year, i even told him i loved him (because i did)... after a year he finally confessed he loved me too, was just scared.

not sure if that helps, but it sounds like hes interested in you, but could also just be looking for a hookup

is he meaning, friends with benefits, crush, good friend? wont know unless u ask

Ahhh I wish I could read his mind -__- sometimes he acts like he likes me but other times it's purely a sexual thing.

Im a very upfront person, i dont mind asking ?'s, but for some thats hard to do..
if you can I def would.. sounds like it could go either way

Me and my SO where fooling around for about 5 months he wouldnt call me his girlfriend or tell people we where "Dating" he would only tell me me where we smurfing... (but he was always really nice to me, he didnt sleep with other girls but he did flirt a little)

Then one night I was hit on by someone else and when he got home later he was soo jealous he was like " I just love you ok!"

awww thats cute! we used to chat on the phone everynight, and one night he was like i have to tell u something...so of course my stomach sank and i was worried to death, then he was like "im in love with you".... i was completely suprised! i knew he had to like me, but i didnt know that much. he wouldnt say we were dating or anything either, til that happened
