No symptoms but successful pregnancy?

Did anybody not have any symptoms but still ended up with a baby in their arms (or is currently close to having a baby in their arms?)
I had symptoms for like 5 days and at 4w3d they simply went away. Haven't had much of any symptoms since than. I did have an ultrasound last Thursday and we did see a baby with a hearbeat (6w1d). On Thursday I will have another one and I am so scared that the heart might have stopped.
Is there anybody who had like no symptoms around 7 weeks???
I had almost no symptoms with my very first pregnancy and the heart had stopped at the 7 week appointment after seeing at the 6 week one. Back than the OB however said the hearbeat was low (below 100) and he said the sac didn't look good. This time everything looked very good. I just pray I don't have to go through this again.

When I had symptoms, I lost the pregnancy.

My boobs got bigger. That's it. Now that I'm 33 weeks, it's a different story...

I had no symptoms at all except a missed period for the first three months. Even now at 24 weeks I just have heart burn and a very active baby!

Some women just get lucky and don't have any symptoms. Wish I were that lucky.

Firstly, I'm so sorry for your loss with your first pregnancy. The only symptom I ever had with my first was tender breasts and that went away after 6 weeks. No morning sickness, no mood swings past 5 or 6 weeks, nothing at all and he was born perfectly healthy at 40w4d. Try not to stress yourself too badly. Hope everything goes well for you, momma.

I lost my first, but so far in this pregnancy, I've had really very few symptoms (I'm at 8wks4days). The only thing I've had is tender boobs, heartburn & acne/dry itchy skin. I just had an u/s this morning & lil peanut was perfectly fine --- HB was 181, was wiggling & moving, measuring exactly 8wks4d.

no symptoms of my first pregnancy. He is now 7 years old
I didnt find out till i was 19 weeks with him. All i did was gain weight.. Thought it was due to gaining the weight back i lost since i had surgery just before i got pregnant. I lost a lot in a year, was 94lbs. When i found out i was pregnant i was 125. So i went from 94lbs to 180 in the pregnancy haha. and ugh.

My second pregnancy was so smooth that I was always paranoid something was wrong. But I gave birth to a healthy 9lb baby boy, and he's now a sneaky little 2 year old, lol.

I am very happy for you! I saw a few days ago that you were worried too! Congratulations!!!! My doctor told me that seeing the hearbeat after 8 weeks pretty much put the misscarriage risk at 0.5%.
