What are all the bills/expenses when you own a house. My mind has completely shut down. lol

Sorry, I mean like internet, cable, etc.

broker fees
taxes
downpayment
closing costs

I wanna say Greg has his month house payment.. he pays every three months for property taxes I think.. and he has to pay water gas sewer trash electricity... some places do HOA fees.. those type of bills?

No I meant like actual bills. I'm sorry, I typed the wrong thing in the OP. I mean like cell phones, internet, things like that.

We also had to pay a year in advance for taxes and home owners insurance.

I didn't add what he has to pay in insurance, (health, car, homeowners etc) food gas cable internet etc

Yes. Like these! We don't have insurance to pay for, there would be no HOA fees, no garbage, things like that.

You would be foolish not to get house insurance

Mortgage insurance or house insurance?

I'm assuming both, but yes, if it's not both, we'll definitely get both. But the way I have understood it, just based on phone calls, there's a bunch of insurance we'd get thru them. Like life insurance on it as well (I think it's called that. Like, if DH were to die before it was paid off, it'd be paid for).

Car insurance
Water
Sewage and garbage
Electric
Natural gas
Cable/ Internet
Cell phone


...think that covers all our bills, that's no loans or credit cards or groceries or gas for cars or car payments or life insurance.

Your home and all your things, you have to get it. Like in order to keep your loan.

That's what I thought it was. I'm pretty sure it's tied in with the mortgage, though. But I'll definitely be double checking with DH when he gets off work at 4AM.
