confident at work

So today my bosses told me that when I started my job I was very confident with a wonderful IDGAF attitude. However they say that now I have no confidence and Im always afraid. Im a supervisor for catering at a University.
Ok well, Im a single mom and I depend soo much on this job for everything. I have a constant fear of effing up and being fired . So i'm always asking questions because I dont trust my opinion. However its now becoming a problem for my bosses. What can I do to boost this confidence? And loose this fear ?

I'm the same way. I'm confident in myself but I'm so afraid to eff up because I NEED my job. It'd be so much easier if I didn't rely on it to feed my family.

As long as you're not breaking any rules that u know of then make executive decisions and if theyre wrong it's easier to beg or forgiveness than it is to ask for permission haha
