working out and eating.

should i work out and then eat dinner or vice versa? or does it not matter?

i usually eat first because if i work out on an empty stomach i get tired quicker

I usually have a small snack and then workout. If I workout after eating I feel like I'm going to throw up. Plus I read somewhere (not sure how true it is but it makes sense IMO) that if you workout on an empty stomach your burn the fat already stored in your body as opposed to burning what you just ate.

its actually better to eat after, your body will still burn calories and it needs carbs and protein after a work out
