Ahhh so many yummy decisions haha. Thanks ladies. I think I'll make the bbq tonight and the lemon pepper on Thursday

i like parmesan crusted ANYTHING.

its easy too if you have that parmesan you shake out on your spaghetti
(shredded, freshly grated, or that parmesan powdered stuff all work fine!)

you need
two containers wide enough to dip the chicken boobie filets
enough chicken boobies to feed your brood
3/4cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs - i like panko
2 tbs flour
2 eggs
(or more depending on how many boobs youre cookin)

in one container mix the DRY ingredients
in the other whisk up the eggs

filet the chicken breasts (they cook faster and are more tender that way)
dip the filet into the egg then into the dry mix
pan fry them just enough to brown the mixture on top spray with a little extra pam if you feel they need it
then put them on a baking sheet and bake like normal
(i dont know the exact time for chicken but for porkchops its 350 for 35 mins)
