i have no license, and you can't just walk somewhere (we live on a very busy road with no sidewalks). it sucks...but i've been doing it for 6 years now. medicated for like 5 of em lol

i don't think i would of made it out alive had i not been mediated, but i also have a mood disorder along with the depression and anxiety.

I live on a busy road with no side walks too. It sucks. I was on medication for it and stop taking it. After my son was born I had ppd and was medicated for that i've been taking it and it just doesnt seem to work anymore.

maybe go back to the docs and see if they'll up your dose? also someone mentions exersize. That is a great way of feeling a bit better. i was dead set against even the slightest bit of exersize, but someone gave me an static exersize bike, and i do half hour a day, some days i can't face it, but those days i don't do it, i genuinly feel grose, and empty. it's like it kick starts my brain.

you may just need your dsage upped, or maybe switched to a different medication. i would def. call the Drs.
