By the way you worded the OP, you made it seem like you were asking if it was possible to get pregnant before the actual miscarriage took place. Is that what you were asking? In that case, the answer would be no, because your body still has HCG in it for some time after the miscarriage.

With one of miscarriages I didn't start bleeding until over a week after my levels down. That was a crazy pregnancy so I don't even really know what happened. I guess either way if I didn't start bleeding not everything was gone.

I had a missed miscarriage last year. I didn't start bleeding until a month after the baby had passed away. All that time, I thought I was pregnant.
