My dad hates cilantro and he likes almost everything. I think cilantro is one of those things that either you love it or you hate it and your taste buds are just wired one way or the other.

back in ohio where i lived we had this mexican resturaunt and they had the BEST salsa.. mm lots of cilantro... i tried to make it over and over and they would never tell me the ingredeints! grrr i like it in certain things, but never had it in guac.

Ya I hate it, even the tiniest amounts I can taste.

The last time I made it they mislabeled the italian parsley as cilantro (they look almost exactly alike) and I piled that parsley in like it was cilantro. Big ass jar of gross that tried to be salsa. I give my cilantro a good sniff when I'm at the store now.

Lol I just decided it one day. I did it the typical way my ex SO made it., avocados cilantro lime juice salt pepper tobasco. We usually spread it on quesadillas so to get an extra veggie in there I cut up carrots in it. LO loves it

What was the name of that place? I live in ohio and love mexican lol

if I'm making it for just me:

1 avocado mashed
2 table spoon salsa
1 table spoon sour cream
garlic powder to taste

super simple and very tasty!
