panic/anxiety attacks?

I got a phone call home from LO's school saying he wasn't feeling good.
He said he was having flash backs of being a baby and he couldn't crawl, he wants able to talk, more move body parts and had a headache.
His teacher added that he went very pale, was crying and also coughing.

I googled anxiety attacks and panic attacks in children, and the lists are so open he fits into them both.

I want real life experience.


Also I don't know what to do from here... He is at home and we have a movie on.. what else can i do for him.

I believe he has anxiety and he is currently on a waiting list for therapy.

Can he go see a dr?! Thats crazy  

I would take him to a doctor

this would not be surprising at all due to what hes been through.

Talk to your doctor so he/she can refer you to someone to help him or possibly medication.

We talk about it go through though picture (he loves that). We even go and donate toys to the hospital.
