I had not heard of that lawsuit but that is just plain stupid! That is almost as ridiculous as the one about fat people suing McDonalds because they "made" them fat. It is an individuals choice what they do with thier health not the publics and certianly not any fastfood chains. Fat people keep fast food places running! The only way I see a persons health being of any concern to others is if their health puts others in danger.

Air travel is stupid anyway. The prices go up but the benefits to it go down. Ticket prices are going to go as high as customers are willing to pay, or so I read the other day. They make you pay to check your 2nd bag. They make you pay to check your FIRST bag. And you have to check anymore because they won't let any of your regular travel stuff be carry-on, in case you try to jihad the plane with your lip gloss. Between the long mockery-of-security lines, delayed flights, and other hassles sometimes it would be faster to drive. The only way I will ever board a plane again is if I have to go overseas or if someone else pays for it. Amtrak, take me away!
