Is it possible to only get eczema on the chin? He has no other dry spots on his body.

My niece will break out in just one spot most of the time. Time's like now when it's winter and the air is very dry she breaks out all over her body.

Does he have a history with dry skin or eczema?

My son has eczema and only gets it in random places, his cheek, chin, sometimes spots on his arms and legs. Never in one consistent place. He is very light complected and the doctor told me that usually babies that are light complected get it.
