I think thats a petty name, it is pronounced Ke-Lye-e-pee, it's a mythological greek name meaning the muse of epic poets. Daughter of Zeus... maybe a middle name like Eve, Ella, Mae.. something short, Grace is nice.

LOVE Ella! - Our last name just KILLS it though! (La Hoya is my Maiden name, married name is...ugh. Annoying lol) So Calliope Grace is in the running. I do like it.

Those are all very pretty, but I am telling you....this last name...lol IT'S A BIOTCH! There is just nothing that goes with it!

That's true, good thinking. But Calliope Grace ____ flows nicely to me anyway.

One syllable...and it's a body part lol. So it makes it even more difficult to NOT make fun of certain names. (Well for small children anyway)

Since Calliope is four syllables and your last name is one, I would go with a two-syllable middle name.

Agreed. I still like Calliope Ella ___. And Calliope Grace (Grace is family name) so it actually has meaning as well, would go okay with the last name. Any 2 syllable suggestions?
