After Implanon

I had implanon for almost 3 years. I had it removed the end of September 2012. Haven't taken any birth control since. This month I was four days late and I've been sleeping like a bear. My cycle did start a few days ago and the home pregnancy test was negative. But I'm thinking about going to the doctor anyway b/c I can't figure out why I'm so so tired and sleepy.
