urine still showing blood

I am extremely mad and I have posted about this topic before but yesterday I could not take the pain anymore so I decided to go to labor and delivery because the lower back pain and I knew last prenatal visit the midwife said that I had blood in my urine. So the attending resident said to me well, I did the dipstick and you not showing any infection so we don't know why you still showing blood in your urine. she padded me on my upper back and said if anything was wrong with your kidneys you would have jump in pain. Really? I always though that the kidneys were in your lower back not your upper back and I always though that if I was showing blood in my urine they were suppose to send urine to the lab to make sure there was no infection. when it comes to the dip stick, I never show anything ( infection, protein) until urine is send to the lab and then this is when they in fact can confirm something is wrong. I am really angry at this doctors because you tell them your history and they don't listen, send you home and now the pain is getting worse by the day. I can't bearly walk due to how much it hurts. I feel like crying.

Can you go to your ob's office this morning instead of l&d?

I think I will go to the hospital that is closer to my house. I feel a second opinion from a total different hospital ( ob is in the same hospital i went to L&D) wouldput my mind at ease.

Kidney Stones.
I had them and showed no infection when they tested and it caused a lot of pain.
