I have older DD on passenger side and little DD on driver side. I didn't wanna put her in the middle because older DD would have messed with her

I'm not sure about where to put the seats but I know 2 straps on one latch is a big no no.

Do you ever park on the street. If so you want to put the baby on the side closest to the street. That way you can grab the bucket (seat) quick & them go around to the sidewalk & unstrap your toddler.
You CANNOT use the same latch connection for 2 seats. Each seat needs its own latch hooks or seatbelt.

Is the radian forward facing or rear facing?
If its ff I've been told the least protected goes in the middle, so that would be the radian. If he's rf then ya, I'd put the newborn in the middle and the radian whichever seat you feel more comfortable

You can not put two tethers on one latch hook... it would put too much strain on the hook in an accident and not do its job properly

I am watching as I myself am in this situation...
my son is rear facing and will be able to do so even after his first bday so I didnt know where baby number two should go does one go in the middle and the other in a side seat but how hard is it to load lil ones in the car if car seats are that close? idk so I am stealing the info from your post lol thanks

Get your cars Manuel out. It shows exactly which latches to use. I had one car where it was super complicated how I had to use latch in multiple seats. It was all crossed over one another.

One of my good friends is certified in car seat safety (I'm not sure of the actual term, sorry) and that's exactly what she's told me as well.
