Funky smell...

So I've noticed lately that DD has a funky smell down there and I just don't know why. She gets a bath almost every day, every other day tops. She is changed when she pees (so like basically every hr except during the night since she sleeps all night) and I also let her 'air out' every day and let her run around naked for a little bit. We also use baby powder when changing her diapers. What am I doing wrong?

I don't really know how to describe the smell, it's just when you open her diaper to change her you kind of go 'ew that's not a good smell'

Oh but it smells like it's coming from her but there isn't anything to make me think it's like a yeast infection or something.

UTI infections smell really bad. The best I cand escribe it is a barn smell

It's not really like a barn. I think I would say a very FAINT fish smell.

You probably want to get her checked for an infection. I'm not sure about the fishy smell

Yeah there's no discharge or anything. She isn't in pain or appear to be itchy, and it doesn't like knock you off your feet you just notice it.

DD had this problem. It was her diapers. The actual diaper and the gel inside made her not so fresh smelling.

I never even thought of that. She uses Huggies because Pampers, Luvs, and target brand give her a rash.
