I don't think he was sleeping at his mom's just my honest opinion. Sorry, men are such douche bags.  

Cut ties with him and never talk to him again. Don't chase after a loser who walks out on his family. He's not a man he's a loser and you deserve better. Also don't even let him take your son unless its court ordered and visitation is set up through court otherwise he never has to give him back if he doesn't want to. I wouldn't trust him.

This. He's scum, but she DID say he was texting talking to her about his son.

I know it sucks to be a single parent but sometimes that's just the way it has to be. Remember to be strong for your LO. As for your BD that's pretty smurffy of him to not even tell you why he's breaking up with you yet posts pics on instagram, I hope his friends & family see what an smurf he is

that's just petty and vindictive. i hate when parents use the child as a pawn, or weapon. its so smurfed up. sorry you even suggested that.

I get what you are saying, but I wouldn't let him have the child either until it was court ordered. I've seen lying men take the baby & file & there isn't anything you can do about it except try to fight to get the child back. You better set up custody FIRST before he ever leaves your sight with that child.

I wouldn't give him no access, I just wouldn't allow him out the door.

I know he was staying w/his mom, as she was telling me herself when we 1st "broke up" or whatever' like to pacify me although I never asked. However theres 3 sides to a story. And besides that means nothing for whats going on now.
As for our son, yes he makes sure to contact me to check on him, he takes him on his days off. Although I wish I could be mean and just cut him out of my sons life, that would only make my life easier now, but then I'm the smurf when my son gets older and finds out I came between him and his father, which it shouldn't be. If BD is gonna be a looser dad, he's gonna do it himself, w/no help from me. So it's just not an option for me.
Also, no Im not pregnant, that I know of, just the 19month old.

No one thinks you should keep his child from him that I read but you better cover your ass & have custody established as you for primary or he may just very well do that next. Do you think he'd do this? Probably not. Don't get fooled by him twice. If he took your kid that would sting a hell of a lot worse than this & EVERY woman I've seen it happen to didn't think it would EVER happen...hence why they didn't show due caution in the first place. Seriously - don't get burned. Be smart. Just get the stuff in writing. Let him see his child, encourage it, just cover YOUR bases legally first.

I totally get where your comin from hun, believe me, I've gone to dark places in my mind too, so if I'm capable, he's capable and every man out there is if they wanted to. I think this is gonna get real legal, real fast as I'm going to child support this week (not to be petty, cuz I saw the pics, I was planning it b4 I saw them), so maybe custody agreement will be my next stop.
