Keeping baby cool

LO is 10 days old and we are currently going through a heat wave. It's almost 7:30pm here and still 41C. My poor lil man has barely slept all day. We don't have air con and are just using pedestal fans which are spread throughout the house.
Anyone have any tips on keeping him cool?
It also makes it super hard coz he loves to be swaddled.

Maybe put a damp washcloth on his head?
