Quoting Alejandra&Jake:" So many great ideas, thanks ladies.. However, my son thinks he's too cool to hold things for himself. ... [snip!] ... time parenting and all I can really do is google. lol So the experience and stories from you ladies have helped! Thanks!!"
My daughters really didn't get teeth until about 9 months or so. TBH, with the twins I didn't realize that they were getting teeth. They weren't really fussy or anything. With my son, I noticed because I looked for them. Otherwise, same thing. Now, when the incisors came in, that was a different ballgame. For some reason those were tough. Those came with rashes, cranky kids, and big time swollen gums.
I really suggest the hylands teething tablets. They are all natural and every child I know has responded very well to them. Ora gel just tightens the gums so that makes it harder for the teeth to come thru, sort of defeating the purpose.
