I'm thankful I did my first time. It ended up being a tubal. Even then I didn't go in until I passed a clot or 2. The other 2 times my husband was paranoid and drug me in because of the experience the 1st time.

I lost both my pregnancies at home, I went to the ER only because I was clotting and could barely walk cause of the pain, they sent me home with pain medication and I lost them in my pad they were twins with the 2nd pregnancy, I buried them then 4 months later go pregnant with my son. thankfully I didnt need a dnc with both pregnancies I lost.

I am all for seeing your Dr if you are having an issue, and they can easily do your U/S but ER is over the top IMO unless you are having a significant issue (and spotting isn't significant). Also, she's been 3 times according to her & they have checked the baby each time. So she knows she has an intrauterine pregnancy - so tubal should not be a risk factor at all at this point.

But yes, tubals due require medical interventions.
I also love Dr Who.

I had no idea it was a tubal. I thought the pain was normal and stuff. And I started spotting and then 3 or 4 days later passed some clots, and went in. I ended up on chemo meds to terminate. WORST. FEELING. EVER. knowing your baby is dying inside you while you're in miserable pain ugh...

Hah we live for it   our son is named Rory William even

I am sorry momma. It is quite normal for there to be a lapse in time between when a baby passes & when your hCg levels drop enough for your body to actually start the process of miscarriage.   It doesn't mean there is anything you could have done differently if you had known sooner & a natural miscarriage is always preferable to a D&C if possible as it has the least chance of causing any long term issues with scarring & such. It is never easy no matter how it happens.

I had a Dr try to get to me to take that methotrexate once (not tubal) and I didn't want to because I had heard it made you feel awful on top of what you already feel like. So I waited it out. In a tubal case you can't though & if you want to save your tube I am not sure there is any other options. I am sorry you went through that.

Thanks   I'm a lot better now. I'm just full of medical issues with pregnancy haha. With my second pregnancy, my placenta and stuff never quit growing so by 14ish weeks it was already like 18+ weeks in size. I ended up having to have a D&C there lol.. Then my son got stuck in my hip socket and had to have a csection... I'm wondering what will happen with this one! lmao
