My sister's name is Sierra! I think it's beautiful. It was less popular when we were kids though so she still couldn't find it on anything, lol.

I agree it's a pretty name, But Ciera? really? My mom named me after the Cutlass Ciera.. I've still yet to find anything with my name on it. Sierra is probably the most common spelling and I've seen that on a few things, but it's only been very recently since it hasn't been around too long.

Love that name.A lot of people are nasty about baby names on here and insulting.My baby girl is going to be called Ellie, although about a hundred people have said ''that's not a real name, its horrible etc'.Ignore them.You're baby, you're choice.
