I will say its a HUGE trigger for me. Not on here when I've been warned that its a trigger post but on Facebook when I wasnt expecting it.

It's harder not to look when it's on your NewsFeed on Facebook just saying

I was a really bad cutter for years and when those pictures popped up in my facebook news feed today I barfed because I've seen myself covered in that much blood   That was a 7 year habit that DH and DS saved me from and with my mood swings the way they've been lately I'm easily upset anyway.

This. It unexpected ly popped up on my fb today while I was alone, lonely, and depressed. It made me want to do it again sadly. X.x
