no you shouldn't go to the doctor. Pregnancy is uncomfortable. Try stretching, baby may be pinching a nerve, take a bath, drink more water, take a tylenol, and relax with your feet up when you can.

Sounds totally normal. I had spd so it hurt from like 33 weeks to lay on my side, and walk etc.
Just a normal part of the ending of pregnancy. Even with my spd they didn't do anything. Mine wasn't severe and I wasn't getting a support belt that late into pregnancy lol.

Might b your sciatic nerve. I'm having the same problem. I can barely walk. Ice it...helps with inflammation. Or take a bath. That's what I've been doing. Nothing is really gonna help much until you push your baby out! Almost done!

i try to stretch my back in the shower w/ hot water runnin on my back so it loosens the tight muscles. the more you walk the better it will feel i have found... it will be sore after you rest awhile but... watever works...

I talked to my doctor and went to the chiropractor turns out my right hip was way out of alignment she showed me some stretches that help and I also bought a pregnancy best it helps support your hips and back. I wear it when I driving and when I have to walk a lot it really helps.
