I was on it for 3 days before, I didn't think it was that bad. I didn't realize that was why I was warm, lol I kept asking the nurse to turn my air up.

The reason im asking is when i was at the hospital they said the heart rate kept decelling but it wasnt cridical and the cord was probly wrapped around her somewhere and im worried even if i was induced that it might not be ok and if i told my dr i was more confortable with a c section if theyed consider it

If that was the case, you'd be at the hospital right now. If her heart rate is steadily declining, you should be closely monitored, if not, prepping for your doctor to induce you.

If the induction does not go well, then they will give you an emergency c section. They arent going to call cesarean right off the bat right now.

Some degree of deceleration is considered normal. The real concern is when it goes down and stays down for an extended amount of time. The rebound of the heart rate is more important when it comes to decels. Some decels are harmless and caused by a simple kink in the cord or baby laying on it in a certain way. As long as the heart rate was returning back to normal pretty quickly, it's usually no cause for concern.

With my second, my doctor didn't get concerned until both our heart rates dropped and were very slow to go back up during contractions.

Why in the hell would you want a csection?!?! I've had a natural and csection and I would rather go through 100 no medicated natural births than ever go through the hell of a csection.... You crazyyyy

Ok everyones not understanding me here ive had a unmedicated birth that was an induction with my son and want to do so again but i feel it could be dangerous. If she had decels during labor and if i had to be induced again and had a higher chance of c section that maybe instead of suffering for hours just to be rushed for a c section just choosing to go the c section route instead

Maybe I'm just lucky, but at some point during labor with contractions, the baby's heart always decelled a little bit. I was monitored though and if it got to the point where they were concerned, they gave me oxygen or rushed me off for a c-section. The decels weren't always bad enough to require surgery though. Emergency c-sections literally take 5 minutes if they need it to. Chances of something going so wrong that they couldn't get the baby out in time are slim.

And again, the baby is wiggling around in there. If he/she was pinching the cord a little bit during the NST, chances are pretty good that he/she's not in the same position now. I also had regular NST and there were several times where there were decels. It made me a little crazy of course inbetween appointments, but the babies were all fine.

It sounds like you're worried though and if you talk to your dr, maybe he can give you an U/S to reassure you a bit.

What you aren't understanding is that you can't just "ask" for one and them say "Ok", let's just go that route and it will be fine.

If they thought it was in your best interest, they would have talked to you about it already.

t my docs they said a lady asked for a c section, she is horribly afraid of a vaginal birth, wont even let doc touch her down there, obviously they owuldnt get into it, but i think maybe she had some psych issues or molested etc, as doc agreed to do it for her, as its her body her decision

Wrong. They have to medically declare a reason for it. She might have a psychological one but, not "her body, her decision" situation. Plus, I highly doubt your Dr discussed this with you.

A psychiatric reason is a medical reason. It wouldn't have been "her body, her choice" and poof! An elective c-section.

I would be concerned that they talk about patients' stories so freely at your doctor's office, however.

Hopefully the nurse doesn't dispense your personal info to all the other patients.
