in pain......

so since January 4th I've had my whole back hurting, my stomach feeling like it's crapping,and like lower abdominal pain . it hurts so bad but I don't think I cant take any pain meds so what should I do ??!

Are you pregnant? If so how far along. If you're in the late stages pain like that is usually normal. It's just due to all the weight you're carrying,

I thought it wasn't good to take like Tylenol (what I call my pain meds ) when you are pregnant

I take panadol if I need to and that's safe.

Sounds like what you are experiencing is completely normal and will be for the next 31 weeks so I would just put up with it. It's nothing different then most other pregnant women experience

take Tylenol strong or something like that i take that when i have pain or have someone gives you a massage it helps
