Diaper changes

Is it normal for my daughter of 2 years old to not want her wet diaper changed? She will scream when I change her peepee diapers. She is requesting me to change her poopoos though & has no problems then.We have tried potty training and it is a hit or miss at this time.

Yep my daughter went through a phase where she screamed bloody murder any time i wiped her.

My 15 month old fights me on EVERY diaper change. I usually have to lay a leg over his chest to keep him from squirming.... it's bad.
