Complaining that everything hurts..

My daughter is two. All day she has been telling me her foot hurts and is literally screaming and crying about it. I've looked at her foot tons of times and its not swollen, no slivers that I can see, no bruises. About an hour ago she says her hand hurts and is screaming about that. What the heck do I do?!?

I would ignore it. That's probably because she figured out that you give her attention or something out of it.

Take her to get looked at??!! My son was two and he was screaming that his elbow hurt and I didn't believe him because he started hanging on the monkey bars and using his arm normally. He broke it... and I waited to long. I felt awful=[

My daughter does this sometimes too. I will kiss her "booboo" and then she goes back to playing.

if you believe there's a problem with her foot, take her to a doctor and get it looked at... if not, just ignore it because she's probably just wanting attention. My son does the same thing, saying his butt hurts.

It could be growing pains.

Yeah I'm planning in ignoring it for now but if she's still doing it tomorrow ill have her looked at. She has a cold too so maybe it could be body aches-I just thought of this haha.

It could just be growing pains, when kids go through a growth spurt their body can ache. If you're really concerned take her to the doctor.

I bet its growing pains, my kids do this every once in a while too.

My daughter says all the time that she had a booboo on her finger. Especially when she's tired or sleepy. I usually say ok, ignore her or put a bandaid on it.
I never thought that it could be growing pains.
