Any mama's who've tried 30 day shred..

How did you like it? Did you get results? and is it something that realistically can be done with your LO at home?
I gained 48lbs when I was pregnant, LO is now 6mos old and I've only lost 20 so far. I'm still breastfeeding so extreme diets are definitely out of the question but I'm really interested in trying the 30 day shred. I want my body back!
Would love some feedback on whether it's worth it TIA

I have the DVD but never completed it. The workouts made my body hurt though so I'm sure I would have got great results if I would have kept at it

i did it on and off all summer. Seen BIG results, but I am a big girl lol.
Lost of inches lost. Gave me great indurance. Is short, so yes, you can do it with a little one around.

I did Level's 1 and 2. Never quite made it up to 3, but it did work for me. I lost quite a bit of weight, and definitely did some toning. It's pretty easy to do while your LO is napping too. I would do it while my daughter was sleeping and my son was watching a movie. I DL'd them on Amazon.

I finished it, but with an extra rest day each week. Although it did work some, I did lose about 5lbs and my muscles got stronger and ached, I got kinda bored with it, only because you're suppose to do level 1 for about 10days then level 2 for 10 and level 3 for 10. Other than that I liked it. And it is realistic to do it with LO at home, I did it with 2 LOs. My DD would most of the time get on my stomach and create extra resistance or just do it with me.
