I think tracking your ovulation and being "aware" and intune with your body when it happens is a great form of BC!

I track with the My days app and always have pains/cramps when I ovulate. We use condoms during and around that time but the rest of the time we use nothing and it has worked well for over a year now for us!

each has pros and cons, I loved spermicide but it always gave me yeast infections, right now I have an IUD and haven't had any problems

I was on implanon for 3 years and loved it. The pill gave me a migrane, so now I'm tracking my cycle.

I just had my implanon taken out. I had no sex drive while on it. Suited the purpose but not ideal side effect for me.

Lol Well I was at first but I know for a fact when I am ovulating so it doesn't bother me anymore.
