Been dizzy all day.

Ok so you know how when you had just a little bit to much wine that you can move and it takes a min for the rest of your vision to catch up and your head feels like it's spinning?
Well I've been like that ALL day, accept it's like 10x worse  
I'm kinda congested from a small cold I got over the weekend but it's really not that bad.
Should I be worried? I almost blacked out earlier at work. I just feel completely out of sorts.

Could be an ear infection. That can throw off balance and make you feel like you have vertigo.
