definitely want to join this. kids or adults crafts. I am not one bit crafty, but I find a lot of ideas for my kiddo on pinterest and then modify them based on what materials we have etc.

I searched through the forum and I saw a chat thread for crafty moms from 2011 so I guess this will be the official thread for crafty moms. What are some crafts you enjoy doing?


Right now, the only craft that I'm into is making bows and tutu's. I'm looking for other things. I'm currently on pinterest searching for crafts to do.

I read in another thread something about drawing your kids name with glue and having them glue those little fuzzy pom pom's onto the glue and it makes cute artwork. I want to do that with my girls.

I want to try this, too.

Crafty things are the best! I'm trying to get into sewing, but I've been obsessed with bows lately. I also scrapbook, which is a lot of fun. There are so many fun things and so little time.

Except it doesn't have ribbon in the holes. I got that basket from dollar tree for a dollar.

Nice. Mine used to be so disorganized. It was awful. I finally got enough boxes to sort through the ribbon and organize it

Well I don't have tons of ribbon, like you.  
But as I get more, I'll get more creative with organizing it.

I know some thin paper towel holders work.

I really wanna learn to crochet those super awesome hats and such

Ah, you and me both but I don't think I'll ever attempt it. They're so cute but so expensive!
