I know I am a bit late, but I guess it's never too late to try and get fit, right?
These pictures were taken about a month ago. I had been working my ass off to get in better shape, 30 day shred, P90X, walking every day and eating a max of 1200 calories a day, yet I was GAINING! Something seemed off. I talked with my doc and we tested my thyroid. Turns out I have Hashimoto's Disease that has now caused me to have hypothyroidism. I've been on medication for 5 days now and am hoping to be on my way to getting back in shape.
I started my first pregnancy at 123 lbs, gave birth at 150 lbs. Lost the majority of the weight, but packed a few back on before I got pregnant the second time 8 months later. Started my second pregnancy at 140 lbs and was 160 lbs the day I delivered. I managed to get down to 135 lbs a few months after giving birth (sept 2011) since then I have put almost all of it back on.
I am now between 153-155 lbs and am 5'4''. My goal weight is to be around 125-130 lbs. I will be doing the same as I have been the last few months, 30 day shred, P90X, walking and 1200 max calorie intake. (pics taken February 2nd, 2012)
I know I won't look exactly like I did before pregnancy, but I like to use it as an inspiration:
Start weight 2/2/13: 152.5 lbs
3/2/13: 149.5 lbs
4/23/13: 148 lbs
4/27/13: 147 lbs
5/12/13: 146 lbs
5/19/13: 145 lbs
