I'm Martha I'm 5'4" currently 171.4 my 1st goal weight it to get back to 140-150 but ideally I will get to the point where I stay under 140.
This is me a week before I gave birth to DS I ended up at 208 when I had him and I was 177 before I got pregnant (obviously not my ideal weight since I'm already below it again

and me a few days ago (you can see more of where I need to loose the weight here since my tank top is less forgiving than my dress)
I've been plateauing a bit since December... I've been trying to work out more and cut back on sweets (my big weakness) but I haven't made any progress since then... so if anyone has any tips that'd be really helpful!! I don't want to do a cleanse or some crazy workout since I want to just make healthier changes so that the weight doesn't creep back on me like it did before I got pregnant.
