Midwife, her assistant, an apprentice and hubby. I also had a family friend watching my toddler. Was perfect for us!

It's gonna be just me and dh. Something we want to experience on our own but ive read stories of how they had more people and they were happy to have all that support

I was alone for 10 hours after my waters broke, rocking it out with a TENS machine.
Then a midwife came by for 4 hours.
Then i was alone for 2 hours.
Then my doula came for 2 hours.
Then my midwife came back so it was the 2 of them with me for 4 hours.
Then a second midwife joined us for the last 30 minutes whilst i was pushing and doing third stage and DS was getting checked over.

My favourite person was the doula, the midwife was a necessary PITA but i wish she had stepped back a bit. With a nice midwife i would've welcomed more support, but mine was not so sympathetic.

I forgot to add, I labored most of the time alone. They didn't come to help until about 4 hours before baby came.

No one but me really. Dh started freaking out so I kicked him out of the room, my midwife made is 4-6 minutes of the delivery. It was so much easier doing everything myself. It was peaceful being alone.
