My OB (and the scheduler) told me to plan on it being at least an hour long. I know he'll be looking at all of the organs to make sure they're where they belong since DD was "some assembly required" as we like to say. I'm not sure what else to expect. With DD my u/s was 19w1d and that was at a different hospital with only am u/s tech. With DS my last u/s was 19ish weeks with the OB but it was Germany and I got an u/s at every visit (SO nice!)

Did you live in Germany because your husband is in the Military?
I wish I could have an ultrasound every visit lol.

I was in the Army there on my own at first. Met DH, got pg with DS so I got out. He was deployed so I went back to the states, we got married, and DS and moved back after we got command sponsorship and housing when DS was 4.5 months old. Lived there then from Dec 05 until DH got out in Feb 08

I have monthly ultrasounds and they are like an hour long, but so was my first anatomy scan.

I'm a DA civilian now. Been here for 3 years now. DH works for Target in logistics
