is this normal please.

My lo is 11 weeks and lately he is shocking himself to sleep eavery few seconds what could this be and is it normal. TIA

Does anyone else ever feel like they're falling and kind of jolt themselves awake? Maybe this is what she means?

Do you mean like all of a sudden his arms fly up if he is startled and he wakes up? Because then yes that is fairly normal
