Arghh!!! Low Blood Palates

Hi everyone... im kind of worrying a little here! i got told i have Low blood palates and to be honest it has not bothered me the whole time i have know, simply because i didnt really no what they was or what was the problem, the doctor didnt seem to sound worried whilst she was telling me and arranging more blood work to be done, anyways i have just had a phone call saying i need to come in ealry and she a Optiatrician (i really dont know how to spell there title let alone pronouce it, sorry!) so i had a little look on google, BAD idea my head is full of all sorts now and not in a good way im actually really scared to go to my oppoinment..
has anyone else experianced these Low Blood Palates??

Are you talking about low platelet count? If so when my bloodwork was done it showed the same thing. My doctor wasnt very concerned because I didnt show any the "signs" so I have no idea what or if she plans to do about it. But I read up on it online as well it doesnt seem to put the baby at risk.

Yes thats what im talking about... haha! its somthing that has been mentioned a few times on my visits.. and i wasnt really bothered by what she was telling me as it didnt really sound bad at all, and the fact that i feel fine and im not a "bleeder" made me think it was somthing that would correct its self... it just scared. i refuse to read google any longer.. and stick to doctor knows best.. haha!   Katie x

Yeah I would definately stick with that, I googled it also because I was concerned and they have a name for it when it is caused by pregnancy and it says that it normally corrects itself.

Oh Good!   i like the sound of that   iBut im sure going to my next oppointment all ears...   note book and pen, i want to know everything this time..   haha! Katie x
