WOO! In the 120's!

posted 7th Jan
I'm sooo excited! As of this morning I'm officially back in the 120's! I was 125 when I got pregnant, and ever since I had my son I have not been able to get back below 130, and I usually sit between 133 and 135 on good days. But I've been doing really well lately and today I weigh 128! How is everyone else doing??

I was 120 pre pregnancy but for some reason the last ten pounds were so hard.. I did the three day diet a couple of times and did the 30 day shred.. I got down to 118 just from those two changes

I've been slacking bad the last few weeks. I went home to visit over christmas for 7 days and did jazzercise with my mom 3 times, lol. Then since we've been home I've only been to the gym twice   The second time was this morning and I ran 4 miles on the tredmill. It's just really smurffy because my work is starting earlier now and it is very hard for me to get in enough time for a full work out before work. I'm going to start trying harder though and I'll have to give up my morning coffee/news relaxation time, so that sucks.

I wish I could run 4 miles. I'm only at 2 miles with out stopping.

I've SUPER cleaned up my eating since the new year, and I think that really did the trick. I exercise a lot, go running on my own a few times a week and play on an indoor soccer team... For me it's a matter of KEEPING my food clean and light, and making myself work out between soccer games lol... Good job! For me the last 10 or so is definitely the hardest too.

Cleaning up your eating habits is probably the biggest thing! The three day diets helped me get started... I notice a big difference in staying away from soda, slowing down while eating instead of gorging myself and not eating after 9pm
Exercising doesn't do anything for my weight after I lose the first couple of pounds other than keeping me toned.
I am having such a hard time keeping healthy habits with this pregnancy though, why do Big Macs and cake have to be so darn delicious

That's exactly how I was when I was pregnant! And about the pop thing, I've been a whole week without! Longest I've gone without one since I was pregnant!

Before pregnancy I was 155, was 182 when I had DS. Then 2 weeks after DS was born I was 162, now I'm stuck in between 170-175. It's so hard to lose it i've literally tried everything..
