Broken Water or Something Else?

Last night I noticed my underwear was a little wet. I changed out of them before going to bed. I woke up around 4:00 am and again they were just a little wet. So I changed them again. This morning when I woke up they were wet again. However all three times it was just a little bit wet. Also it has no smell. I finally just put on a pad to see if it gets any worse.

I don't feel any water leaking from me when I go to the bathroom or just sit in the living room. So I am not sure what to think. I don't feel like I am having any contractions or that anything is wrong. I have felt my baby move this morning. However she has recently shifted from her normal position on my left side to being centered in my stomach.

To my knowledge I have not lost my mucus plug yet.

Could it be just normal discharge or my water slowing leaking?

Is probably just discharge. I always have to use a panty liner because of all the discharge

probably just discharge, just keep a pad on and watch it

i asked similar question this morning about the balling up to center from always bein on one side, so weird right?!?!?!?! i did loose my plug though last week, u sure u didnt loose yours?

I would contact your doctor just in case. Better safe than sorry!

I have always checked when I wiped and have not see it. I did have a large mucus discharge last week but it was not bloody or pink. It looked yellowish with no smell. Other than that I have had regular discharge.

arling thats probly your plug i had same thing, was yellowish......and came out slowly, doc confirmed it was my plug, not all of them are yucky looking :0)

I'm watching this. I had a large mucus discharge that was yellow at the end of last week. Now the baby is in the middle of my belly as of 2 days ago. I've been having a lot of pressure and cramps but nothing regular or too painful. I've been feeling gushes of liquid at least 2 or 3 times a day, but it's just discharge.

I did mention it to my Midwife last week and she didn't say anything about it possibly being my plug.

This is how I am feeling too. Yesterday I did have a lot of pressure but nothing regular.

My next appointment is Wednesday morning.

Mine is on Thursday morning. They weren't expecting me to make it past 35 weeks, and I'll be 36 on Thursday. She'll be checking to see if I dilated any more. I've been 1cm for over a month and I have a very short cervix.

I am dilated at 2 but my cervix has remain really thick. I have been at 2 for a little over two weeks now.

I wish! I would love to make it closer to my due date. The NICU is two hours away, so I've been on strict bedrest at home since Thanksgiving. They want me to be able to deliver here.

Thankfully my hospital will deliver after 35 weeks, so I am safe. Our closes NICU is 1 1/2 hours away and is out of state.

I think she's going to be early. My due date was wrong with my son. I had him at 39 weeks and the doctors determined that he was overdue. I had the same exact symptoms this pregnancy and my due date is only 3 days different from when I was pregnant with him. I always try to tell them that I missed two periods but because the first was spotting, they always count it as a period. *sigh*
